Since starting in Real Estate in 1995, David has worked for a number of Independent Agents and Franchise Groups as well as suppliers to the Real Estate Industry including SA State Manager for Australian Property Monitors and at the beginning of the "dot com" boom the SA State Manager for property.com.au.

His sales experience ranges from clean residential vacant blocks to multi-story office buildings and his leasing experience includes residential, commercial shops, offices, warehouses and factories. David is also a buyer’s agent.

David has a Masters in Business Administration and has a Doctorate in Business Administration both of these included a thesis on Real Estate. These studies have given him a stronger understanding of the financial, environmental and legal issues that can affect any real estate transaction - from the simplest sale, to the most complex commercial development.
